Global PPAC operates in Barbados, a highly regulated jurisdiction with a well-established tax treaty with the United States. It allows for the tax-efficient assignment of non-qualified payment obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global PPAC is a Barbados company and is subject to all relevant Barbadian legal and regulatory authority. As it conducts business with clients in the U.S., the company is compliant with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). Assignee:<\/strong> Individual\/Entity to whom a right or obligation is transferred by the individual\/entity currently holding such right or obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
